Assigning Ticket to a Team Member

When you assign a ticket to someone, it means that the person assigned is now responsible for the ticket. Assigning tickets to certain team members ensure faster responses because team members can clearly see who are responsible for which tickets. All Incoming tickets can be automatically assigned to certain team members by smart rules or manually. To manually assign a ticket to a team member:
1. Open a ticket you want to assign
2. Click on Unassigned

3. Select the team member’s name whom you want to assign the ticket to.
