Prevent Duplicate Replies with Collision Detector

Collision-detection prevents two team members to work on the same ticket. When a team member is currently viewing a ticket, others will be able to know by looking at the right-hand side of the ticket that says “Currently Viewing”. This feature will prevent any double work that decreases productivity.
