Setting up Folder

Folder option will allow user to create, edit, and manage folders based on ticket’s statuses, priorities or timestamps. Also, each time the tickets change the status, it will move from one folder to another.
1. Click on the SETTING button.

2. Select Folder on the left side of the page.

3. Under Folder Management, you can add, edit and manage folders.

4. Under Folder Order, you can rearrange the folder’s order based on the type of ticket.

5. Also, these folders need to be managed according to the ticket’s type from the drop down list here:

6. Hit SAVE button after done with your changes.
