Transferring Ticket to Another Team Inbox

Transferred tickets are tickets moved to different departments because team members feel the other departments are better at handling those tickets. An instance when team members need to transfer tickets is when a hiring email mistakenly sent to the engineering email address. It is important to have the right teams handle the right problems to ensure productivity. To transfer a ticket to another team:
1. Select the ticket you want to transfer and select the Transfer tab

2. Compose a private note
3. Click Handover
